A & E Hardwood Floor Refinishing at 19 Vail Road, Poughkeepsie, New York.

I had my living room, dining room and stairs refinished by A&E. They did an outstanding job! The floors look better than new and there was no noticeable dust. I chose a company that used a sander vs a stripper since the floor were damaged in several spots from water overflowing from potted plants.

We didn't have to put up any plastic curtains to contain the area. After sanding the floors smooth, A&E put down three coats of water based finish, two in one day and the third coat after drying overnight. I had a choice of either water based or oil based and I chose the water based since my wife uses an inhaler and I wanted minimum fumes, you could barely smell the water based finish as it was drying plus the floor dried in a little over an hour. They even helped move the furniture.

It's a great company, they did an excellent job.
